Where payment of an order stands. Set by the print shop (or an integration through updateOrder); recording a payment does not change it.

INVOICED | Invoiced. |
LINK_SENT | A payment link was sent to the client. |
OVERDUE | Not paid by the due date. |
PAID | Paid in full. |
PARTIALLY_PAID | Partly paid. |
PENDING | Nothing to pay yet or not settled (the default). |
