MutacjaBetaMutation.updatePurchaseOrderStatus

Moves a purchase order to another status: DRAFT to SENT, SENT to CONFIRMED (or back), any status before RECEIVED to CANCELLED; any other move is refused. The current status again changes nothing, so a retry is safe. Answers with the order.
