ZapytanieBetaQuery.billingEntities

The print shop's own companies that invoice its orders (billing entities), one page at a time, with the total count: what Order.billingEntityId, Client.defaultInvoiceBillingEntityId and ProductInvoice.billingEntityId point at. A small list that rarely changes: read it whole and keep it.
